Easy Slow Cooker Breakfast Burritos (Low-Fat, Gluten-Free)

This is definitely one of my favorite slow cooker recipes!  It is so easy and everyone will love it!  And it's so nice to wake up to a delicious smelling and tasting family meal! 

What You'll Need

  • 6 eggs + 6 egg whites whisked together
  • 16 oz frozen hashbrowns
  • 16 oz turkey sausage (cooked/browned)
  • 2 cups low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.  Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker; cover; cook on low 6-8 hours (can be overnight).  Wake up to a delicious family breakfast - serve alone or with tortillas for breakfast burritos!
