School is out and summer is here! We love pasta salad in the summer and this recipe includes fresh green beans, tomatoes, and a nut-free version of basil pesto!
Boil green beans until tender-crisp; rinse with cold water and drain.
In a blender, combine basil, oil, and water and blend to a puree; stir in salt and pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, mix pasta, green beans, tomatoes and basil puree until evenly coated.
A perfect dish to welcome summer!
