With Valentine's Day just around the corner, we wanted to share a delicious and braces-friendly treat to enjoy! The recipe is from our awesome assistant Kari, hope you enjoy!
Add cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla to mixing bowl and beat with mixer until smooth.
Fill cupcake pan with cupcake paper and 1 vanilla wafer each.
Pour mixture over until about 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Let tarts cool; add choice of pie filling; refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy this great Valentine's Day treat!
