One of our favorite dishes to warm up on a cold day!
Sauce: Place avocado (peeled and pitted), parmesean cheese, and lemon juice in food processor; slowly add 2 tbsp olive oil while mixing; add salt and pepper; set aside.
Pasta: Cook according to package directions.
Shrimp: Add butter and olive oil to skillet and heat to medium-high; add garlic and sautee; add shrimp and cook until pink; stir in red pepper flakes. Add pasta and sauce and toss until evenly coated.
