The Green Smoothie (Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Raw)

  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1 c fresh spinach
  • 1/2 c blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 c ice (optional)




Place all ingredients in blender.


Blend until smooth.  The smoothie will have a beautiful green color and is the perfect healthy treat to enjoy on St. Patrick's Day!
